DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
YES! At KAMP, we are here for your special occasions! Special gift wrapping is available to include custom labels for events, personalized essences for body care, and desired intentions for candles. Please contact via email for further questions or inquiries!
To which countries do you ship?
We are currently shipping any where in the United States. Overseas shipping available, but be advised ETA will depend on shipping facilities and an extra charge will apply.
I haven’t received my order
Orders are custom and some items are made to order to ensure quality & satisfaction. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed andshippedt. If you have not received your order according to the ETA provided by tracking, please contact us directly by email at kamp@kampbykween.com for support.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All processed orders will be provided with a tracking number via email to check for updates and ETA. Please allow 2-3 days to receive a tracking email. Candle orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent orders from sitting in the warehouse over the weekend and therefore altering quality of products.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A RETURN?
